Yes sir, Be there Friday morning thru Sunday morning. We'll be appearing nightly up on 161 at Bush Blvd. We usually play till the wee hours of the morning and camp at the fairgrounds. I didn't figure anybody from here to go to it since nobody here seems interested in the GG events.

While I lived out in Northern California I attended all the GG events. They are are always well put on events with a large crowd. Very cool shows!

When you heading that way? Are you staying for the weekend?

Leaveing my house friday at 5 am suppose to meet carlos at 6am in wilimington aand don"t know if were staying depens on the show and the weather.

I really doubt if I can get my co-pilot moving that early. We need to meet up somehow over there.
You going in a hot rod? Are you entering? Meet in front of the main vendor building at?

I'll try to grab a phone so we can meet up. I'll probably hang out in the grassy area close to were Darren is painting. I guess you, Carlos and possibly Jeff are all we have to look for. We were thinking of Ribs Friday nite up on High Street at the Pig Iron. What do ya think?

Went up today for goodguys i was told their was 7000 cars reg. I don't know if that true but the cars and trucks were everywhere AND OURS WAS NUMBER 4473 AT 7;30 IN THE MORNING:shock: I have never seen the maginitude of prime examples of art and workman ship ever!!!! From the rat rods to cutom to kit car and even total restorations finaly saw Doug and Madonna as i was leaving for the day! and the cop at the gate kept waveing us out IF you have never been to a GOOD GUYS EVENT YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF TO GO TO AT LEAST ONE IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE BACK AGAIN !!! I WAS BLOWEN AWAY BY THE TURN OUT AND QUALITY THERE IT RUNS THROUGH SUNDAY AND ITS WORTH THE TRIP EVEN AT 4.25 A GALLON FOR GAS!!!

Madoona and I had a GREAT weekend. We were there Friday thru Sunday. I hooked up with Junkyard Jeff Saturday for most of the day. We camped there at the Fairgrougs and spent the evenings up on 161 where they go to play at night. I heard that there was a bunch of the heavy hitters went out north of town on Friday nite on I-71 and nine of them ended up in JAIL with about $2500 fines each. Saw some put on the city's roll backs for doing burnouts up on Busch Blvd. Saturday night a Chevelle got away from somebody and put some people in the hospital. Dog, next year you'll have to take your camper and spend the weekend. All in all, I think everybody had a good time. The only people I talked to that weren't were those who left their cars at home due to the price of gas. Those few better get used to it because I really doubt if it's ever coming down. You wouldn't believe that gas is expensive with the horsepower we saw out on the streets. Took hundreds of pictures but we have to get a computer first to post therm. Got pictures of the 460CID powered Road Grader and the ProStreet Rolls Royce with the blown Hemi and a full cage with a 6 point harness for every seat. Maybe next year we can get a few more from here to enter and spend the weekend.
