I'm affraid to talk to him evrytime I see that guy he has nothing to say to me.... He is the most uppity guy I have ever met, always with his nose in the air, I tried like hell one time to get him to take a picture of my car and my brothers bike and he just scoffed at me and walked away.....Maybe someday I will find out why he is such a snob..... Shocked ..Just teasing new guys, JOHN IS THE MAN! He already sent me a p.m. on the rear...

If you don't like my dinged and dented hot rod sitting next to yours, put yours back on it's trailer and leave!

You might want to use an 8" Ford. They might be easier to find and a little narrower so you can have bigger tires and rims. One of those would surely hold up to any GM power plant (or lack of power) you put in that thing. Razz

my son and i got in the garage this pass saturday. We worked from 10-4.

wire brushed the driver side door and driver side rear door, painted with red oxide primer first then the flat black primer. looks pretty good. still have to do the passenger side front and rear.

Tyler (my son) took the wet/dry vac and vaccummed the inside of the car, boy did he do a good job. doesnt even look the same.

while we was inside the car i started to pull the rods that line the inside of the roof. What would those be called?

the passenger side front fender was pretty dented. I bought a hammer dolly set. never used one before, never even knocked out a dent before. I'm good at created dents though. just ask renee. So i tried my hardest to knock out the huge a$$ dent in the fender i got half of the dent knocked out. not sure if i was using the dollies correctly but the fender does look alot better.

also bought some seats from rebstew, i sat them in the car to see how its going to look. not sure yet BUT SOMEHOW I NEED TO RAISE THEM ABOUT TEN FEET. LOL, THEY DO NEED TO BE RAISED ABOUT 7-8 INCHES. ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT TO DO ABOUT THAT...

got a visit from skinny kenny schmidt. and from there we about called it a day.

this weekend i need to try and get the rear end in.

Headliner bows?? Keep them in order. They all look the same but are all different lengths probably.
