T Modified on the cheap!

Ok if I'm gonna do this I'm gonna keep track of it here to see what I have
so far and to keep a list of what I have and need...



1, kit car body
2 SBC (yhea I know boring/untraditional) if somebody has something better, for what I paid for this one let me know..Oh yhea I paid nothing for it.

T shell and hood top's and sides

mine is plain steel(was a helluva deal,(wow and a poet too!)


5. Frame. Here is the frame I just bought. Needs a bit more kick-up in the rear I think, time will tell(going to pick-up on Sat Feb 23)

6.I have 2-16" wire's need 2 more either 16's or 18's



7. One Banjo rear, this may change if I cannot find the brake pieces on the cheap..plan on converting it to an open drive, juice brake set-up.


8. And a full set (not pictured oil pressure water temp fuel pressure)of Auto Meter Ultra light gauges (yhea yhea not traditional). Left over from my 66 Chevy II project 12 years ago, hey another 13 and the will be collector's items.



I may or may not use these I have a extra 54 Chev Gauge cluster

No this is not my car( I wish! Maybe if I spent some money on here she would look like this)

So this is my start, still collecting parts thats for sure, big items still needed are Front brakes, steering box, trans, and making up my mind on the rear-end, like I said I am doing this on a Miller Highlife Taste and a water budget, so if any of you guys have any cheap parts let me know,maybe we can trade or swap labor or some shit like that......Ryan

what kind of tranny are you going to run?

what ever is cheap! There is'nt a lot of room in this body for 3 pedals, I would love to run a 4 or 5 speed if i can find one, but a Turbo 350 is probably what I will end up running if I can get ahold of one...

It's coming from Milwaukee should be here next week...Not to bad of a deal delivered for $100.. I was not able to find a complete hood for less than $150

Today NANOOK and I are going to brave the icey tundra of Kokomo Indiana, whe have a month's supply of whale blubber and our muck-luck's to survive . Well my travel's are over all is well the crew is resting!

I got my frame, was farther out in the Country than I thought but still made it in record time. Now the fun of mock up begin's, I just have to make some room then I can let some sparks fly.Anybody wanna build me a bigger garage?

Ryan, Got any updates on this project? This will look so cool!

I did get a complete chrome front end spindles and drag link (minus Spring) for the whopping price of $67 buck's. On a scale of 1 to 10 its a solid 8 1/2 chrome wise, good enough for one of my car's... I just got it moved to my house so I will start fixing the frame and mock up this week....Thank's for keeping tab's on me Stan....

I think this car will be a blast! very cool build. Did you find some brakes? What about the banjo?
