Are the 4x4 s10 axles the same width from mid 80's to 02? Just wondering.

They are similar but the 4x4 is a few inches wider. They are usually a little steeper gear (some are 4.10) and a lot of them are limited slip as well...

I was given a 4x4 rear out of an older square body blazer, its being used in the T I have not figured the ratio yet.
