I'll be there. Corey may let me drive his truck. I'll also have my Yaris for a runner.

Re: roll call whos comeing and what u bring newport carshow
We'll be there. Might be in the brown wagon. I've been driving the Mercury back and forth to work all month and need a break. It's beating itself to death and me with it. Everyday something else falls off. Last evening on the way home it was the acclereator fell off the firewall inside. I had to set the idle up and was thankful for a 2.73 gear or I'd still be on the road coming home. It's a little ruff when you have to depend on the old POS to get to work and back. Right now if it breaks, I'm screwed. Besides if Madonna and I find the Falconers for breakfast that morning, a Fairmont is closer to a Falcon than that old POS Merc. I don't want to embare-(BEEP) Jon and Puddinhead ( and Jerry?). That's some high brow company to run with.

There is a 100% chance I will be there in the '47 Stylemaster. If we don't get much rain this week and I can get it out of the garage, my father or father-in-law will probably be there in the '91 S-10. Janet and Gauge will be there at least part-time depending on the heat.

The weather sounds great this weekend, sounds like a good show, never been before so I'm going to get away from this boring town I live in for a day or so and make the drive down there. I'll be in a 56 Chevy or a 62 Monterey, whichever one seems like it will give a troublefree journey there and back.

Listen to who's talking. Drive the Merc so you can shoot some flames later in the day.Mr. Fabulous wrote:Pick the Merc!

Can't screw around with it now that I have to drive it to work. If I wash a cylinder down and break some rings I'd be in pretty deep at home. Besides, I've probably put more miles on that thing this summer that most on here combined. Have somebody else be a star. All it takes is a couple of sparkplugs and some Model T coils. Everybody else says they're going to do it but nobody ever does. It gets a little old.

Listen to Mr. Fabulous, it really isn't that hard. It was not spectacular by any stretch of the imagination, but had Roller Coaster shooting about a four to six inch flame a couple of years ago with a 2.5 liter four cylinder (can be done if you unhook the map sensor) I still have to original tailpipes with bungs welded in them to prove it.

Hey.......Just do it! I must have seen your car at the Rebel Run or the Ducktail Run then. Those are almost like flamethrower conventions. If you're a shooter, you've certainly been there and shot for the money and the highly coveted jacket. A friend from Muncie won last year and a good friend from here in Dayton won a few times. It might not be spectacular, don't think anybody said it was. It's not hard to do, don't think anybody said it was. I'm not familiar with your vehicle. Most of the flamethrowers are like a brotherhood and I know most of them in the tri-state area if not larger.
