Flowmaster Muffler

i have one brand new but opened box it is a 40 series flowmaster muffler with a 3 inch inlet and 2 2.5 inch outlet....

looks like this one

goes for 80.00 bucks every where ive looked... ill take 40.00 bucks for it...
