Aryan has been a little upset that everything I get I sell and he wants a car to work on. I would never tell him that this was his because that is how I make my spending money is flipping these cars. Since Corey has his truck and Sami has her 'Stang and my Fire Chicken it's only fair that he gets something to play with. We drove down to Corbin Ky, bought it and drove it home yesterday. Aryan is really giddy over the whole deal. Corey Got his truck when he was 14 and did a good job on it. Aryan is only 8 years old but shows more of a gearhead nature than the other two put together. i tried to get him to paint it something wild but he has always talks about a flat black car with traditional color flames. When I ask about the truck he knew what he wanted. Flat black with flames.

Aryan flexing his Chevy Muscles!

The little S10 has a pretty nice body. About 2 hours worth of body work and some prep and it's ready to shoot color. We may not jump the gun though. We need a tailgate and may put a right fender on it. The fender has some bondo in it and it's cracked. The Jap fenders are cheap enough that it would be better to just replace it. He wants a cowl hood but we will see how that goes.

One of the first words out of Aryan's mouth to his mom was the wheels had to go. Me and him took a drive tonight and picked him up some wheels. Aryan rolled out the 3 1/2's while me and the guy grabbed the 8's. Watching his face was priceless as the little grin faced boy rolled them out to the truck. I figured cleaning on them would bore him but he rubbed so long I had to tell him to stop. It was his bed time. He said okay I'll stop but I need to do the back ones when I get home from school.

I didn't want any of my kids to be grease monkies. Doctor, lawyer or something that made good money. I think that hot rodding is too far into Aryans blood to do anything else. Even as a small boy he wouldn't play with toys. He wanted real tools. I feel a little funny about the whole deal but I'm hoping it will open up his artistic side more than it is already.

I may run over to u pull and save tomorrow. I have never been there. I may snag a tailgate. 32.99 for a tailgate is not bad. Johnny or Glenn Where did you get Johnny's fender from? Keystone or Ohio Body Panels? I can't rember how to get to Keystone. I have an account with both. Keystone always did me right and delivered but they was a bit higher than OBP.

I drove up to the yard Dog was talking about. First time I have ever been there. Grabbed a grille and headlight bezel for the Ranger and found Aryans tailgate.

No one is for sure about the wiper cowl yet. We may give it the boot. I paid over 100 bucks for that thing like 8 years ago for my green S10. I took Aryan driving around for a while today too. We stopped by Advance and Aryan was pretty happy to show Jenny Jones his truck. He spent some time with her walking around the store checking out parts for it.. She was joking around with him and getting a little musshy. I thought he would be shy but his head is so swelled up I think he was ready to ask for a kiss. lol.

v6 w/ 5 speed. It will stay that way untill it blows. Then maybe a stock 350 with a 350 turbo. The V6 get really good gas milage and run great.
