Is he sure that the name is Scholl? The reason I ask is, before it was Riverside Ford, I'm fairly certain that it was called Schott Ford. Related to Marge, I don't know. My mom bought a new '53 Mercury at a dealer that I think was at 5th & Monmouth. I don't recall the name of the dealer or if it was still around in the '60s.

Kevin you may be right. I'll send him the info and see what he can come up with.

I was sending Brandon the info and he sent me this. Anyone remember this. I remember stuff sitting in the showroom but I don't recall a Model A. May have been long before my time though.

i did a little searchin' and calling....scholl ended up being a ft thomas (i think) cop... the car in question , might have been brad layman (sp) ....sat inside the riverside ford dealership show room......would have been a green channeled model a coupe with a white top and headers.....white walls 3x2 motor etc.....let me know if you find out anything. thanks brandon
