48 chevy sedan

My dad wants to sell his 48 chevy sedan. All original. HAd a 216 engine in it but the rod was knocking. A 62 235 was installed. Still trying to finish the conversion up. All the guages work. Has a couple of usual rust spots. Under the tail lights and small sopt at hte bottom of the fenders. Undercarrage doesn't have rust. I was pulling the rubber floor mat up and the insulation and found out that moisture has been trapped and rust is on the top of the floor pan. I'll tryto get more pics of the underside. $5500 obo.
