New and better changes
For those that know exactly what I am talking about, my buddy Shannon and his partner Brian parted ways at the shop. And also, as you well know, the body work that came out of that garage was an issue that is now taken care of. So now, it is the way it should have been from the very get go.... Shannon is on his own at the shop. For the ones that we have spoken to (you know who you are) the shop is ready and so is Shannon to "take care" of the "issues."
For those of you that don't know what I am talking about.. Shannon and Brian went together in this body shop venture and it's sad to say but Brian is not the body man he once was. As time has gone on, his priorities have gone south. And in the case of the body work on Glenn's car, the job that was done on the car is not worth the money that he put towards it and Shannon knew this but at the time his hands were kinda tied. Since the very day that Glenn picked the car up, Shannon told him he was not happy with it and wanted to do his best to make right of it in the time frame that it is supposed to take and the quality that is expected out of it. So, Glenn agreed to bring the car back to Shannon. For those of you that know professional body and paint work and what it all consists of, Shannon is bringing the car back to do it ALL over again. And this wasn't an idea from Glenn, it was Shannon. And for him to want to do that and for Glenn to agree with that, I think it's pretty "stand up" of both of them.

Re: New and better changes
Yes I ve talked to Shannon on several occasions about the car! First of all the car looks 100% better than it did when it took the trip.Shannon told me he was not happy with the turn out of it and the car needs more attention I am not mad or anthing like that at them or him.Shannon is the one who told me to bring the car back so he could do his work to it! thats the kind of guy he is. The car is going back as soon as he calls and tells me to bring it to him!" Any car can be picked apart as everyone says" Shannon THANKS for your honesty and your will to straighten things up! Again I did not ask him to do this HE CALLED ME! So if you decide to let him do the work that is what you are getting A GOOD honest job!!!!!!! Also Thanks ANDY!!

I appreciate you chiming in Glenn. He has really been stressed about the work that went out and how much control of it that he did not have. He is a perfectionist and I have seen HIS work and it is always much more than what the customer anticipated and paid for. Thanks Glenn.

It's hard to find honest people that stand behind what they do now a day. This is a breath of fresh air compareds to most people. Good deal!
