Thought and/or Prayer Request

Janet and I are not religous people, but I would like for everyone to keep Janet in their thoughts and prayers. She was admitted to St. Elizabeth Medical Center yesterday around 6:00 p.m. with complications due to her Gall Bladder. Also, this was her first night away from Gauge since he was born, but he was in good hands with grandma and grandpa.

Greg you don't have to be real religous to know there is a higher power and he has the power to heal all things. I was thinking about this when you was telling me about your wreck. God had his hads on you that day or it would have been worse. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family and if you need anything at all just call. Please keep us updated.

***UPDATE*** Janet is having her Gall Bladder surgery (removal) at approximately 3:30 p.m. today.

***UPDATE*** Sorry for the lack of updates last night, my iPhone battery gave out and I didn't bring a charger. Sugery went as planned (95% go as planned)! They removed the drain tube this morning and if everything goes well she will be going home "this afternoon".

Great news! Thanks for the update. I'm sure Janet will be very sore. Guage will be very happy mommy is home. Our prayers are still with her for a speedy recovery!

Good news!

***UPDATE*** Janet, Gauge, and I are all home! Janet is starting to get tired of laying around, but not sore at this time. Fortunately, she has very few restrictions, she isn't supposed to eat anything greasy and/or high cholestrol, she can not return to work for seven to ten days, and she can not lift anything over fifteen pounds for four weeks. As a side note, Gauge weights twenty-five pounds.

At this time, weather permitting she is still planning on attending the Rabbit Hash Cruise (if I get the new tires mounted and balanced).

Get them new tires mounted and balanced. It's gonna rain all week anyway and you won't have anything else to do other than take care of the wife while she heals. She wants to hit Rabbit Hash!

Great news! I know how hard it'll be not to pick up Gauge. Tell her to take it easy. Get those tires taken care of.... Rabbit Hash run is only 6 days away!!
