Free Stuff ~ Pay Back
I seen this on another forum not sure if the scroungers would want to do it or not....
If so lets here some inputs if no one is interested then stewart can delete this posting.
This has been done on other forums... now its time to bring it to The Scroungers Car Club
Post up something, anything that you're willing to part with. If you send that item out, please edit your original post to indicate that item has been passed along, and to who.
If you take something, please indicate in your post what you took, and in the same post list what you're willing to give.
If we can keep the posts updated/edited like that, we should create a really cool picture of what is going where, and how we're all willing to help one another... a founding principal on which this place was built.
The rules are simple.
1) You must not charge a single penny, not even for shipping. Very Optional Most of us live near enough to where we can drop off or pick up
2) Within 24 hours of receiving your item in the mail, you must post the item you wish to offer on this thread.
3) The first person to post in this thread saying the need/want it, then PM's you his/her address and ask for your item is the new owner of the item you are offering, and you must ship your item to that person within a resonable time...say 48 hours. This will continue forever in this order.
4) Post a picture of the item, if possible
5) In the interest of fairness, US addresses only, otherwise the shipping charges can get out of hand.
If you are the first to post, follow up by PM'ing the sender, upon receiving your item, post the item you wish to offer on this thread and await the first post/PM regarding your offer.
The object of this game is to see how long we can go before greed or neglect ends the chain. After all, all you will be out is the cost of shipping something you don’t want anyway. I’m curious to see how this will play out.
Giving feels good…

Brent needs one Derby cap for Chevy Rallies. I thought I had 4 but can onlt find 3.
To be honest Jonathan I think most of us are too proud to post $$ stuff we want or need.
