I have had these wheels(15x4 cragers)for several years and I bought the tires off of the guy I got the car from.I will keep adding as I go.

Re: Picture of my 54 Chevy gasser

As usual,I am pretty bad for changing my mind. The car is now in the garage.I know none of you all actually know me personaly, but in Jan 09 I was in a very serios car accident that busted my left hip, left leg, lower back, complete left shoulder as well as my head. This is the reason I am disabled.I get around pretty good somedays but struggle sometimes with walking and getting up and down.So now I have decided to go with a automatic for a while because I am afraid that my hip and leg will give me alot of trouble, and also decided to go with a Small block instead of the Big block.By doing this I should hopefully have this thing on the road a little sooner.I am shooting for no later than Aug.1 2010.I will keep you posted

Man you fit right in here with the rest of us gimps. Sounds like you went through a rough one. At least you are still able to move around and build rods. We do what we can and don't look back. It's easier that way.

Better to be up and running and enjoy the car than for it to never see the road. If putting an auto in allows you to drive it and enjoy it go for it!

Got my noise maker(noisey gear drive)installed in the motor, got the motor and trans bolted in,put my disk brakes(from speedway)installed.I am going to try to hang pedals, booster and run brake lines this week. After that I am going to get rid of the shackles on the front.Wish me luck!
