Trip to Raceway Park

Went over to Indy last weekend. Was hot, wet, chilly, sunny, windy, typical Indy, a little bit of everything. Madonna got hooked up with her racer buddies and spent the weekend out on the starting line. We went and at Spam and listened to the Pumkin Holler Boys at Bubba's and then partied at Tom Culbertson's Body Shop the next night. Met some new people locally and a bunch of crazy Canadians that drove some old hot rods about 12 hours to attend. The following are a mixed bag of some of what was going on. Most of the pics are from the track sine Madonna had control of the camera most of the weekend.

Thought maybe we'd run into someone from here but no luck. Met quite a few from the HAMB there as you could see. Had a good time and now trying to get the dough together for Columbus and the Blue Suede Cruise. That's another one that Madonna's looking forward to spending the weekend on the starting line like the last time we went up there. Sure wished I could get some air ride in the Mercury 'cause the thing's beating us to death.

It was too hot!

It was only 93 over at Litton's time and temp accross the street one MORNING when we pulled into the track. That was out at the highway, not at the starting line.
