LARGE drill press

does anyone have a large drill press and live in NKY? I have two pieces of steel about 1/2 thick and I need two holes drilled problem is that the holes are off set from other holes therefore can not use hand drill. once these holes are drilled i can finish mounting my rear end and mount shocks as needed. not bad thinking that the rear end has taken over a year lol
