Has anyone come across this?

Post by Cratethis on July 20th 2010, 5:49 pm

Just have to ask... Really???

Why deal with the nauseous exhaust fumes from your race vehicle, when you could be sniffing root beer, pina colada, or bubble gum instead? Manhattan Oil fuel fragrances eliminate unpleasant exhaust fumes and the eye, nose, and throat irritation that come with them. Just mix them in with your regular fuel--one 4 oz. bottle treats 30 gallons of alcohol or 20 gallons of gas. Plus, they're available in 19 different fragrances.

Apple Banana Blueberry Bubble gum Cherry Cinnamon Cotton candy Fruit punch Grape Lemon Licorice Pina colada Raspberry Root beer Strawberry Tangerine Unscented Vanilla
Watermelon

I have been around a car that was running it and yeah it does smell like they say. I guess it matter what you like. Nothing smells better to me than racing fuel so maybe I'm just strange.

I've always like the smell of racing fuel and gas for that matter. I was looking though my Summit catalog and came across it. It just stuck me funny.

There was a fellow in Columbus with a blown Caddilac running around with what seemed to be the grape additive. After a while it would about make ya sick when he went by.

Methanol smells horrible and that is what that stuff is made for. Since it is gasoline compatible, they are basically trying to move product, ya know. I also like the smell of racing gas so I would never use the stuff. They are probably marketing to the ricer crowd. You know, the ones that have a big intercooler showing in the front and NO turbo under the hood!
