There was a bunch of them behind his dad's church. And a few here and there. They are now on their way to the city garage.

I was at the city meeting the other night. They are down to 8 workers for the city from 15. They won't let people take tires to the city building. I called Doug and ask if I picked some up if I could dump them down there. He said yes so I went up a couple alleys and cleaned some stuff up. I'm sick of living around a bunch of garbage. It only took a few alleys and the truck was all the way filled up. I had to pass up a few because no more world fit in the truck.
Not sure what's wrong with these bums in Newport but they just don't care. They cleaned the alley the other night and it was cleaner than it has ever been in 10 years. The next day I came out to cups and bottle on both ends of the alley. The bad part is at both places there are garbage can within 3 feet??? Whats wrong with this picture. There must be over 20 garbage cans with open tops in the alley and yet someone will throw a cup or bottle on the ground next to a garbage can.

It's a mind set....same thing happened when we help clean up OTR, if the people whom live there, don't care, No amount of "help" will matter.....

The junk tires that I have, I take them to a local tire dealership and have them disposed. Cost $1.25 a piece but dad takes it off his taxes.
