Yeppers, that's a very good price for a legit Cosworth Vega especially if it's as complete as it appears (original engine and all). Still amazed at what pops up from time to time.

Only 3508 Cosworth Vegas built and they were only $600 less than a Corvette. There actually were quite a few running around this area when they were new.
Not my cup of tea. Maybe someone could buy it & drop an LS6 crate & M6 in it. Doesn't look like bone stock originals are really worth much anyhow.

Well, the LS6 is so light, it's probably not much heavier than the oem 4-banger, even though it was aluminum too. The newer M6 is only about 115 lbs, so probably no much heavier than the oem 4-speed. It would probably be a fairly good balanced little car with over 400 HP compared to the factory 110 HP for the Cosworth.
