It's owned by the people next door to it. I would think the rent is through the roof.
I'm suppose to look at the one down the street tomorrow. Jeff said one side was dirt floor and when I talked to the they want to keep the little add on part for their stuff. It's not sounding like such a good deal now. I will see what it looks like and go from there.

stopped bye the other day to get a set of wheels from jeff for the cutlass and the swan might need a new quarter panel on the passenger side after me and jbs10 buckled it in. lol, just kidding it did however popped while we was pushing it around in the garage so jeff could get the motor in it.
