Sad News...
The Vice President of the Country Cruisers (Roy Arnold) passed away. Visitation will be Thursday, November 4, 2010 at Alexandria Funderal Home, 325 Washington Avenue, Alexandria, Kentucky. His wife asked you to brigng your hot rod.
I don't know Roy that well, but his father and my father were long time friends.

I think I met him once. He seemed to be a nice guy. The Country Cruisers and the family will be in my prayers.

Re: Sad News...
Hi Steve,
Thank you so much on behalf of the Country Cruisers. It came as a very big shock to all
of us and we're going to miss him a lot.
The visitation was unbelievable! It took us two and a half hours, just to get into the viewing room. I've never seen so many people before! Stacey seemed to be holding up well, considering all things. Roy's Mom, Janet, was very broken up, as would also be expected. He was her only son.
We really do appreciate your note, Steve, and will look forward to seeing you all next season.
Take care, and I'll extend your condolences to the family.
Sincerely,
Pat

Question or Message for SECRETARY at Country Cruisers:
Sorry to hear about the loss of Roy. On behalf of the Scroungers Car Club and myself we send prayers to the family. It's a shame. I was wanting to stop up to the lay out but had the dates wrong. I thought it was Friday. Seems like we are loosing a lot of good guys here lately. If you guys or the club need anything give me a call. 261_2592 Steve Stewart
