standing water
back yard has alot of sitting water, as does the neighbors on the right side the neighbors on the left live closer to the side street which their yard flows down. Someone before me created a dry well but that's not working any other suggestions besides digging a trinch?

diff want to attempt nething at the time, don't want alot of mosquitoes biten on the kids, the neighbors yard has a ditch that goes across their yard looks like it's maken my yard worse, but I'm worried about the mosq. And also the foundation on the shed.

Put a leach line in to draw some of the water out and to the curb. Most septic tanks use these but you can do the same without the tank. just use the lines. Some info may be found here. http://www.a1cesspool.com/leachingsystems.html
