I'm game. It takes a little over an hour if you drive slow. Nice drive through the country through. AA down to Maysville and then the back roads.
If you are sure you want to go and can get a couple of these guys on board I would.

Guys I would love to see you all show up.

We do this cruise on a monthly basis but this one is kind of a pivotal one for us. I'll explain a little better tomorrow after I get some rest. Unless RebStew beats me to it.

I should leave it to you but I'll touch on it some. John and the guys have been putting on this cruise in for a long time. Their cruise ins and car shows bring people from out of town into the little sleepy town of Olive Hill. People that otherwise would never make it there. It's great for the community there. It looks like everyone would understand this and try to help the guys at CCC do everything they can. Sometimes that's not the case. Like knowing that Carter County Cruisers are having their normal cruise in this Saturday and someone trying to have a car show the same day. People that know CCC does this cruise in. Showing support for our brother club wouldn't be a bad thing. I know it's a drive for some but these cruise ins and car shows were always a way for me to see different stuff and be around a group of people that I don't consider friends but family. John has helped the club out many times. Always supported us and even brought a crew of CCC member to the Newport Car Show to help out if we needed them. This is not a huge cruise in with 1000 cars but you will walk away with the feeling that you were with family. The trip down will be a nice run too. Very nice country road with plenty to take in.

We will meet at UDF in Wilder @ 4:00
Seems we have a few people that want to do this run. Here's the game plan. We meet at UDF In Wilder. The one next to I-275. NOT THE ONE ACROSS FROM WILDER POLICE STATION.

We will meet at 4:00 and gas up. It should not take any longer than 15 minutes to gas up. We will leave at 4:15 sharp. We will not be breaking any land speed records This is a nice relaxing cruise to Olive Hill. We will stop in Maysville to gas up again or to just stretch our legs for a minute. REMEMBER some members are running small fuel cells. This will be the last stop before reaching Olive Hill. The rest of the roads are country back roads. You don't want to run out of gas on them. We will stay to the end of the cruise in. Gas up and take off towards home. No need to stop for food. They have that in Olive Hill where the cruise is.

This is an extremely unintelligent comment, but everyone is aware that the cruise is Saturday, June 4, 2011 which is not this Saturday, correct? Saturday, May 28, 2011 is the Carter County Cruisers Memory Days Car Show which is this Saturday.

I knew it was the 4th but wasn't thinking. Half asleep posting stuff. I fixed it. CCC is having car show this weekend though if anyone wants to go.
