Re: Now I feel Old
Hey Nate,
They call me a Floor Sweep now but I'm really still a newbie on this site. These are just great people and I can't wait to make a road trip and meet them in person. Still haven't figured out how Stew can be on here 24 hours a day. Works all night. Thinking maybe a little Dracula thing going on.
Pictures of your car are mandatory though!

Re: Now I feel Old
Shortly after getting the Olds, I took the boys for a ride. I told them to roll down their windows. Both of the on cue had a confused look on their face as they looked franticly over the whole door. About at the same time they said, "how?" I then realized they didn't know what crank windows were. The 1969 Olds I had before I got the '55 had electric windows, so they were really confused. That made me feel old.
That and they have no idea what it's like trying to get a clear picture on TV by getting the antennas in just the right spot.

It's not to hard to get together to check out other towns and what type of hot rod action is there. You never know we may cruise up your way.

It's not my boys. They only work on cars if they can't afford to pay someone to do it for them. I have a 24 year old daughter that is nuts about 'em. Only problem is she went and got married and started a family. That's why her project is sitting waiting for her. She still jumps in and turns a wrench when she has time and you can't leave her at home if you're going junkyardin'.

She is Cool! Don't tell but she is close to being the favorite. When you have eight you have to be careful about being fair to everyone.
