SAND BLASTING
Went ahead and bought a sand blasting cabinet. One of my customers is a place called StripMasters. Carried them a bunch of pictures of things I would like to get blasted and asked what it would cost. Their price would more than pay for the cabinet and lots of media so what the hey. Now I'll have it whenever I need it.

Re: SAND BLASTING
I have bought many of my tools for that reason alone. Why spend more money when you can do it cheaper.

I'm gonna end up with a welder here any minute for that reason. Can't hardly afford to play with cars in the first place, not even thinking about labor rates for shops.

I think the Scrounger name is what draws us outsiders in. We all like to figure out how to get it done on the cheap. That doesn't say it quite right but it's kinda the idea. Sorta. I think. Maybe.
Anyway, I really like these guys and will be going on a tour with my Merc when she's on the road again. Doug Ice has to teach me how to blow that fire.

Now you let the cat out. I thought you did all your own body and paint. Now I don't feel nearly as inadequate.
