my first attempt at chopping a top

Post by herb73 on February 6th 2008, 11:21 pm

this is a forty ford that I decided to modify a little

before

after the chop

after a little filler and about a 1/16 of an inch piecut from the hood

still needs some sanding and some filler in the hood but is alot closer than when the top was cut off

If you don't like my dinged and dented hot rod sitting next to yours, put yours back on it's trailer and leave!

If you want to make a tail dragger out of it I might have a set of fender skirts from a 60s AMT 40 ford kit. Jeff
