my first attempt at chopping a top
this is a forty ford that I decided to modify a little
before

after the chop

after a little filler and about a 1/16 of an inch piecut from the hood

still needs some sanding and some filler in the hood but is alot closer than when the top was cut off

Looks good, but I see you got it setting close to the trash bags?????????

I was using them as a back drop so you could see the car better in the pics

If you want to make a tail dragger out of it I might have a set of fender skirts from a 60s AMT 40 ford kit. Jeff
