WTB: 67-72 Chevy truck

looking for a 1/2 ton short bed 67-72 chevy truck. will consider a project

I know where a 1972 2wd has a 350, auto tranny. motor needs work body is repairable.

Located in Falmouth Ky

Bud is asking $1000.00 has a clean title

It is owned by the old county sherrif " Bud " O'hara. The truck has been sitting at his house for 3 years purchased for his son, but not quiet a low rider.

Frame is good and solid interier is ok. has all the glass.

A friend has a 68 long bed that has been converted to leafs in the rear and discs in front,it has a 350/3 speed but will need some body work.

i am not sure honestly if it is. I was going to buy the truck just for the tranny and motor, but just havent made tim eto do so. I will make a call in the morning and find out, i am guessing it is a long bed.

soon as bud calls me I will post it for ya and try to get some pics.

I did not have time to stop and check but its on Wadsworth road off Needmore,I cant fine them in the phone book under the name I thought it was but must of changed hands. Jeff

Well I am sorry to say, Bud had already sold the truck. I did nto find this out until this morning.

I am so far 0-2 on helping find something.

The dealer that has the mid 60s shortbed used to be called national trends auto sales but could not find them in the book so they must of changed hands or are too cheap to be in the phone book,I will have to go up that way soon and if the gates open i wil check on it. Jeff
